Like other dermal fillers, Captique smooths facial lines and wrinkles. Captique, like other dermal fillers, has few side effects. You may experience some tenderness, redness, swelling, or slight bruising to the injected area. This is temporary and usually passes relatively quickly. You should avoid exposure to excessive sun or UV rays after receiving injections. Patients who are known to have hypertrophic scarring, skin pigmentation, or any known allergies to bacterial proteins should not use Captique.
